The queen suite had a certain charm, but the rude night staff was nice, even bringing up my dog was a huge hassle. I also cannot believe they charge a pet fee-it's not like my dog was rude. I expected to be treated better, but I just couldn't leave a good review after this.

The staff were good and informative and kept the place fairly clean. The rooms were luxurious with exceptionally comfortable beds and marvellous breakfasts. It included central heating, pay TV, and a microwave.

Would book again when in Drummondville, we didn't feel like leaving. Comfy and fabulous place, it has pleasant staff on check-out. Continental breakfast offers lots of freshly made food choices.

Got continental breakfasts with fresh fruit and sausage, as for instance. The staff were efficient and accommodating, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The suite was spacious and clean, with real dishes, cutlery, and a Keurig coffee machine. The included breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot foods, fresh fruits, and even containers for packing food to go! The staff were friendly and helped us feel welcome throughout our stay.
